Le' Angela Ingram
Le'Angela Ingram brings Benchmark Training nearly twenty years of experience in a variety of private, public, and academic organizations in the areas of Change Management, Staff Training and Development, Career Development, Organization Development, Human Resource Assessment, Workforce Diversity, Selection and Management, Program Evaluation, Business Process Reengineering, Survey Design, Project Management, and Marketing. Her work efforts focus on improved organization effectiveness, staff skills and employee commitment, and increased employee sensitivity to individual and cultural differences; reduction in cycle time and cost; and increased effectiveness and efficiency of workflow.
As a trainer and organization development consultant, Ms. Ingram conducts change management design and interventions for corporations, provide leadership training, process consulting, organizational assessment and diagnosis, coaching, management development and instruction aimed at achieving increased productivity and quality improvement in change management programs. She designs, develops, and launches customized seminars and conferences in diversity, leadership skills, change management and team building yielding high ratings in content and quality. Selected clients include Washington Hospital Center, US Department of Commerce, US Attorneys' Office, District of Columbia Superior Court, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), USDA Graduate School, Anne Arundel Community College, Johns Hopkins University and Sprint Spectrum. She designed and conducted a major diversity assessment and intervention for staff in student services at Anne Arundel (County, Maryland) Community college and continues to provide coaching and counseling services for intervention participants.
As an Organization Effectiveness Consultant for the MITRE Corporation, Ms. Ingram provided extensive and highly diverse organization development support to the strategic business units using broad-based business experience and organization development tools. She spearheaded strategic change methodologies to drive systematic improvements and results using process consultation and facilitation skills. She developed employee engagement and involvement strategies and designed and developed executive leadership programs. She coached essential business leadership teams; diagnosed organization development issues and conducted leadership management improvement interventions.
For Management Technology Associates, Alexandria, VA, Ms. Ingram directed organization change management program and led culture change teams as a component of business process reengineering program. She engaged in management development and training aimed at achieving productivity and quality improvement. She managed a $500,000 training budget and negotiated contracts for procurement of services and equipment. She also developed marketing strategies for MTA products.
As Manager of Howard University's Law Library, Ms. Ingram managed daily operations for this 200,000-volume law library. She organized, classified and coordinated holdings and information. She managed training program for new employees, students, faculty, and staff. Ms. Ingram also prepared and managed a $2 million annual operating budgets and served on admissions and recruitment committees for the University.
Ms. Ingram earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Howard University. She also holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science (Organization and Human Resource Development) from Johns Hopkins University, where she also completed Fellowships in Change Management and Women, Leadership and Change. She is certified in Transition Management by William Bridges and Associates.
